• We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders.
• Estimated time of delivery depends on the address and the mode of payment. Average delivery time is 5 to 9 business working days if the product is readily available. 

Shipping Information – International

Standard Shipping:

• We offer worldwide shipping, and your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days from the date of dispatch.
• For International orders, the delivery time varies by country and its import and customs regulations. P.S. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered as Working days.
• As per U.S. customs regulations, orders shipped may incur import tariffs of approximately 55% of the order value. These charges are assessed by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Priority / Express Shipping:

• Orders are shipped via UPS with a minimum shipping charge of Rs 5, 000.
• Delivery is typically within 7-11 business days from the date of dispatch.

Note for all International shipping (standard & express): Duties and taxes are applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be paid directly to the courier or customs clearing agent at the time of delivery.

Important International Shipping Information

1. Shipping charges are based on the shipping destination and the weight of the parcel. These charges are determined by the shipping company and include factors such as package weight, customs clearance, and other variables.
2. All international shipments are packed after a quality check by Customs officials in India. The consignment will be inspected, scanned, and checked using X-ray and will be signed by the Customs department.
3. International orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

1. If your order includes items sourced from our different branches may be shipped in separate packages to expedite delivery. This means you could receive multiple packages, each arriving at different times.
2. Delivery time starts from the date of dispatch.
3. Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
4. Once the order gets dispatched, the parcel cannot be redirected or cancelled.

If an export customer requests cancellation before dispatch of the shipment, a return/cancellation charge of 5% of the invoice value will be deducted.
Once the shipment has been dispatched from our end, cancellation or return will not be accepted.
In case of unavoidable circumstances (wrong product, quality issues, etc.), the company will review the request and decide at its sole discretion.
