Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can browse our site without an account, but to make a purchase, you must register.

Having a Vilva Jewels account allows you to:

Is your jewellery authentic? Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. All jewellery sold on Vilva Jewels is 100% authentic, made from 92.5 silver or gold-plated silver, and crafted with verified materials.

We also provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase—covering:

✔ Polishing

✔ Minor repairs

✔ Stone setting issues

Damage caused by crushing or complete tampering is not covered.

How do I choose the right size?

Most bangles and rings are size-based.

  • Each product page includes a Size Chart link.

Are product colours on the website accurate?

We strive to display colours as accurately as possible.

However, screen settings and lighting variations may cause slight differences.

Even if a product is in your cart, it may still be purchased by another customer until you complete checkout.
